Evening Poem, September 28, 2014

I like Autumn evenings

Long, pink sunsets

Breezes blowing from warm to cool

Skies clear enough to promise starry nights

Pumpkins on porches

First smell of woodsmoke

carries me away.

Time for jeans and long sleeves

long walks and hot coffee.
